Day Fifty Four: Do Business Cards Make Us Official?

Today, we focused on again on finance which is a favorite topic of mine. It’s like Christmas morning to looking at a spreadsheet with lots of commas. I spent most of the morning deep in Google Sheets with dad understanding the value of Trader Jack.

Although Google Sheet is exciting, I find it just as fun to order the same things like business cards. This morning I finally got my very first business card, with the title of CEO and Founder of course. I was lucky enough to have one of my classmates help with a kick-ass logo and design the perfect card.

There is this magical moment when a business no longer just an idea but it becomes a real life company. I think the first time I realized my idea is now a company was the moment I put my name on a business card. With a logo and a name it is easier for me to understand where my work is going to and who I am hustling for.

The race is on! Jack and I are ready for the long run!
