Day Sixty-Two: Don't wait for opportunity, create it!

Today, we had a legal workshop in the morning. I personally never find it a very fun topic but its extremely important for survival of a company and it's founders. After all the legal jargon, we did three hours of coding class. Equally to legal, not a fun but I am starting to finally understand coding so its becoming increasing more fun.

Then the rest of the day was spent practicing my pitch deck over and over and over and over again. The big day is getting closer and closer. The pressure is starting to build up a little more and more everyday but I am trying to take it all step by step.

While on the phone with my dad today, I realized that Trader Jack is going be around for awhile. Since, I got to Draper University I knew that I wanted to pursue a Start-up but today was the first day I could really see my start-up becoming more than just a college project. I have designed a road map that will allow Trader Jack to have it's full launch before my spring graduation. It's risky and different from most of my peers, I am not worried about fall career fairs because I have designed a job for myself.

It just takes a little courage and lots of hard work but you can create an opportunity for yourself to do what you want to do!
