Day 114: What is your exchange rate?

Today started with an amazing 6am Soul Cycle class, which I think might be my new favorite way to start of the week! It's a 45 minute jam season on a bike all of my favorite things, and definitely more powerful then any cup of coffee! I am not sponsored by SOUL Cycle but I still love them!

I love this quote for today because the day is completely up to me, I have no planned program and nothing that has to be done today. These days don't come often anymore between school, work and starting a company which just makes them even sweeter when they do come along. However, just because there is nothing that has to be done today doesn't mean that I don't have a long list of things that I need to work on. As an entrepreneur there is no just punch the clock or waiting until 5pm, time is everything. We only get a limited amount of time in everyday and can't ever take it back.

I have found that its important to start the day figuring out a game plan. What is the most important thing I need to complete today? How much time do I want to spend on this projects? However, I think that it just as important to plan out things within in your day that bring you joy. For example, today I have planned lot of little things that I love like SoulCycle this morning, a 10 am coffee break with a classmate and then finishing Amy Schumer's book this afternoon. Which by the way is an amazing book that I just picked up yesterday!

Your time is the most important asset you have so spend it ways that will better yourself or bring you joy! You only get one 12/11/2017 so what are you going to do with it?

And on that note I am off to find a cup of coffee.
